Streamlined UX/UI for BMS Plus - Making Occupational Therapy Easier

I was tasked with designing the website for BMS Plus, the new brand from Bed & Mattress Studio, to improve the service they offer their occupational therapist clients. The challenge was to create a user-friendly and efficient platform for OTs to find products, book appointments and make enquiries quickly and easily, all while on the go.

THE CHALLENGE

Designing a website for BMS Plus was a significant challenge because of the specific target audience. The website was designed for occupational therapists, who have a busy schedule and need to access important information quickly and easily while they are between appointments. The goal was to create a website that would act as a dashboard for the OTs to find products for their clients, create bookings, and make enquiries efficiently.

THE SOLUTION

To address these challenges, I focused on creating an intuitive user experience and design that was straightforward to navigate. I created the OT Hub menu to provide easy access to the important links and CTAs that occupational therapists need. Additionally, I designed a simple login process that allows users to access specific content, which helps to secure regular users. Overall, the website was designed to be fast and efficient, providing a seamless experience for occupational therapists to find the information they need in a timely manner. The combination of a well-designed UX/UI and the specific functionality for occupational therapists made BMS Plus a go-to website for OTs looking for an efficient and user-friendly experience.
