Boosting Online Presence for Proptech Leader, Hutly with a User-Centered Website Design
This project involved the design and development of a website for Hutly, Australia's number one Living Contract® platform in real estate. The aim was to create a visually appealing and user-friendly website to promote their innovative contract solution, highlight its benefits, and showcase the number of real estate agencies that employ their tech.
THE CHALLENGE
Designing a website for Hutly, Australia's number one Living Contract® platform in real estate, was a challenging task. The website was required to promote their innovative contract solution, illustrate how it works, and showcase the number of real estate agencies that use it. Additionally, the website needed to provide company information and mission statements, as well as up-to-date news and updates. Balancing these elements while also ensuring that the website was visually appealing, easy to navigate and use, and communicated the company's unique value proposition was a significant challenge.
THE SOLUTION
To overcome these challenges, I took a user-centred approach and focused on creating a visually appealing website with a clean, modern design. I utilised clear and concise language to explain how Hutly's contract solution works, and highlighted its unique benefits through interactive graphics and animations. I also created a comprehensive section to showcase the number of real estate agencies that use Hutly and provided in-depth company information and mission statements. Finally, I incorporated a news and updates section to keep users informed of the latest developments. By prioritising these elements, I was able to create a website that effectively promotes Hutly's contract solution and communicates the company's unique value proposition.
